Claire Westberg, is the President/Owner of Spectrum Exchange Corp., a national qualified intermediary which was incorporated in December, 1995. Claire moved the company to Sedona in June, 2003 and since 1995, they have helped investors defer taxes on Billions of dollars in exchange proceeds!

Claire began her career as an escrow officer in 1979 and held a California Real Estate license in the early 90’s specializing in exchanges for buyers and sellers of investment property. She currently is an active realtor in Arizona focusing on finding the best deal for buyers looking for a home or an investment property in the Sedona/Verde Valley area.
